第1句型 There + V + S 

“it” and “there” = introductory it there / dummy it there = empty/fake/artificial subject 空主/虛主/假主.
introductory there “有” = 介紹新資訊 – 表某事物存在或發生 introduce new information and/or to say that something exists or happens. 這裡 there [空主詞.不是ad] 不可用it取代

There + Vi + Subject.

In a small town in Germany there once lived	a poor shoemaker. 在德國的一個小鎮上，曾經住著一個貧窮的鞋匠。
There remain	several questions still to be answered. 仍有幾個問題要回答。
Suddenly there entered	a strange figure dressed all in black.突然，一個身著黑衣的陌生身影走了進來。
There seems	to be a lack of communication.看起來是缺乏溝通。
There followed	an uncomfortable silence.隨之而來的是令人不安的沉默。
